Preferred formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF (vector files)
High-res files (300 dpi or higher): .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF
Embroidery files: .DST, .EXP, .PES
Avoid low-resolution photos, no screenshots
Max file size: 25MB per file upload

Embroidery Design Guidelines

Works best for logos with clean lines and solid colors (avoid complex shading or gradients).
Submit artwork in vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-resolution .PNG.
Designs must be digitized into a stitch file (.DST, .EXP, .PES) before production.
Thread colors are matched to the closest available shade (not exact Pantone).
Avoid small text under ¼ inch — it may not stitch clearly.

Screen Printing Design Guidelines

Ideal for bold, vibrant designs on apparel like t-shirts and hoodies.
Submit artwork as vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) with text converted to outlines.
Files should be set up in CMYK color mode for accurate ink separation.
Each ink color requires a separate screen, so fewer colors = lower cost. We will can calculate this for you.
Avoid very fine gradients - use halftone patterns if shading is needed.
Keep line weights above 1pt for clean, sharp prints.

Digital Printing Design Guidelines

Best for full-color images, gradients, and photorealistic designs.
Submit high-resolution artwork (300 dpi or higher).
Files should be in RGB color mode (preferred for digital output).
Works best on Polyester or poly-blend fabrics.
White or light-colored garments give the most vivid color results.
Avoid low-resolution JPGs or pixelated graphics — they will print blurry.
